FleetNET is a service which enables you to reach a group of ships, e.g. all the ships of the same company, with one single transmission from the shore. Company (fleet) messages are broadcast using FleetNET service and will be only received by vessels whose Inmarsat C equipment is programmed according to the company's own 'EGC Network Identity (ENID)'. FleetNET messages are messages addressed to a dedicated group of mobile stations such as all ships from the same company or all ships from the same country (having the same nationality).
