NCS Network Co-ordination Station. Dit is het land earth station binnen een Inmarsat Ocean Regio dat verantwoordelijk is voor het soepele verloop van het communicatie proces. Dit station stuurt alle mobiele gebruikers en de Land Earth Stations naar het juiste toegewezen kanaal.
